Sparks

A new restaurant/lounge just opened in downtown Provo. It's called "Sparks" and it's basically a non-alcoholic bar. :) You can get fruity martinis and pellinis without the booze. Perfect for mormontown, and absolutely delicious! The environment is pretty cool, the restaurant is painted black inside with cool light fixtures and candles at every table. I think the "bartenders" are sick of all the mormon kids freaking out about ordering their first "martini" though. I got a mango mojito with lime and mint (yum!). The others in my group got an apple martini (yuck, actually, this one was not that good), a double-berry martini, peach something or other, and pomegranate something. I don't remember what all the alcoholic names are. I guess that's a good thing.
